Staff members can easily send claims to our office via email, fax, mail or walk-in.  Our billing staff is available for questions during the following business hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  On Friday our office staff is available from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Before and after hour calls will be received by our Answering Service.

Payment of Claims - Enroll today and submit electronically as soon as the end of the week!  Turn around on payment of claims for Medicaid patients is 7-10 days; and for Medicare patients the turn around time is 13-15 days.
